Who We Are
Women in Financial Markets (WIFM) is a 501c3 non-profit organization whose mission is to connect, elevate, and advance professionals in the financial services industry through education, mentorship, and access to a global network of influential leaders. We deliver expert-led programming and curated events that provide opportunities to broaden industry knowledge, enhance leadership skills, and further careers.

Process
1. Register
Click on the "Register" link and complete and submit the registration form.
2. Login
Login to the award with your email and password.
3. Create
Create your online application.
4. Save
During the Call for Applications period, your application can be saved as DRAFT until all the required information is completed and attachments uploaded. As each section is complete, you will see a 
appear in the category tab when the application is saved. At any time, you can download and print your application by clicking on the 
icon in the Application Summary section.
5. Submit
On completion, save your Application as FINAL. Download and print a copy of your application for your records by clicking on the icon in the Application Summary section in the right column. Note: If an update is required prior to the Call for Applications period, you can make the update and resave as FINAL.

The committee reads each nomination and relies on the author to provide a very detailed and succinct description to the questions so that they can get a good understanding of the profile of the individual being nominated and the impact she or he has had.
The committee is looking at nominees who not only have excelled in their professional career but who have also helped advance women in the financial industry.
Specific examples are always useful context.
Yes, you are welcome to nominate someone outside your firm. It’s important that you have sufficient familiarity with their career and impact to address all questions in the detail requested.
We will be announcing the finalists of nominees 2 weeks prior to the Gala. Winners will be announced at the Gala.
